Unfortunately, we only accept PayPal payments at the moment. We are working on expanding the ability to pay with cards. Thanks for understanding!

Please contact us immediately if you've entered the wrong delivery address during checkout. If we have not shipped your product yet, we will cancel your order then you can reorder again with the correct address.
Immediate Payment is required after purchase (information about payment methods, as well as payment rules for bank cards).
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card information is only transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.
Shipping
We ship items by EMS international company. Delivery always includes in the total price.
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when a package leaves our shop.
International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which are beyond the control of Faceavto Team.
We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the "shipping address". Please use a real deliverable address. Faceavto Team will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the "shipping address". Money paid for undeliverable packages returned to Faceavto Team will be refunded to the customer with withhold shipping charges.
International shipments can take 30 days (usually 1-2 weeks) or more to reach destination. Shipping times estimated and cannot be guaranteed it doesn't depend on us.
Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country's Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.
Items currently not in stock will ship as soon as they become available. Production period can take several weeks. Exact production period would be acquired from sales manager. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on hold longer than originally quoted. Back-orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.
Faceavto Team packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments (packaging). Some kits we can ship in several boxes (2 or 3). We will provide tracking numbers for each box. You'll get them after sending your order.
Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Evidence of damages and/or breakage of packaging or goods must be reported to Faceavto Team and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and "return to sender".
If damage of the goods is detected after the acceptance of the parcel from delivery company and it is clear that goods were damaged in transit (due to pressing, smashing, piercing or other force), Faceavto Team will not bear any responsibility for this and will not compensate any loss incurred during this transaction as well as costs for the product and delivery.
If you received a wrong item, contact Faceavto Team within 5 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid return merchandise authorization (information about the terms of cancellation/return of the product). Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by Faceavto Team.
